Maralal town, it is the county seat of Samburuland

Sunday morning church...11km up the mountain took about 45 minutes to get there.

 Women wear elaborate beaded collars that they handcraft... the more elaborate determines wealth but apparently the collars can be passed to family and friends for weddings or special occasions.
