Preparing for Christmas

There is so much excitement in our house as we prepare to celebrate our Savior's birth!

As we prepare, there have been many busy moments also, as I am sure most of you are experiencing.  We have had school and church concerts, cheerleading and basketball performances too.

Here are some pictures from Nicholas' Musical Theater performance at Providence.  These children amaze me with the talent they have been given.  They love singing to the Lord and praising his name!  This year's musical took us "Back to the Manger"and the children took a walk through different decades to learn the true meaning of Christmas...

Here Nicholas performs as one of the "Manger Boys", a 90's boy band that sang the "Song of the Sheep and Goats"

And here is Katie with Mrs. Gasaway, her cheer coach at Providence.  Mrs. Gasaway is also Nicholas' 3rd grade teacher, a wonderful woman of God...

Katie got to cheer at the last home game this semester for the junior high basketball game.  She loved it!
