Nicholas' First Day of 2nd Grade

Today Nicholas went back to school! Yeah! He is attending Providence Classical Christian Academy this year and we as a family are very excited about it. It is part time on campus (T/TH) and part time homeschool. The curriculum is going to be very challenging but the most exciting part is every subject is taught from a biblical perspective.

I tried my best to get that cute 1st day of school picture with all 3 kids...the best one turned out to be the funny face one. However, that is pretty typical around here.

Now, I do not want my Kate to think I forgot about her first day of 4 year old preschool, well I kinda was a bad mom and did not take any pictures. Katie is going to Shining Stars and has Ms. Brenda as her teacher. She has had Ms. Brenda for Sunday School over the past year and so she had no problems at all starting school. Katie would be happy to start Kindergarten this year if she were old enough! The first day of drop off, she did not even give kisses or say goodbye in her rush to get out of the car and into her class...that is my independent girl!
