Movie date with the big kids

Today we went to see Kung Fu Panda 2 with the big kids.  We had a good time riding the matatu to the local shopping center which has a movie theater.  Tuesdays they offer a special deal:  movie ticket, popcorn, hot dog and a drink for 450 ksh ($5).  With that kind of a deal, I am okay with waiting a few weeks for the opening of new movies!

Oops, apparently we were in the wrong theater!  Thankfully a worker came and told us where to go, there were a lot more people in the right theater. :-)

The movie was really good but we had to take the kids out of the theater during the previews because apparently someone in the booth mixed up the previews and they were showing rated R previews!  Thankfully, we don't think the kids know what they heard...only time will tell.  This is Africa (TIA).
