Make a joyful shout to the Lord!
We need prayer! This has been a difficult week and it is only Wednesday morning. Nothing major has happened, just poor attitudes...I believe we are experiencing culture shock. We knew it would happen but unfortunately several of us are experiencing it at the same time. Probably, the children are feeding off of my attitude, to be honest!
This morning the Lord brought me to Psalm 100 and this is my prayer for my family...
1 Make a joyful shout to the LORD, all you lands!
2 Serve the LORD with gladness;
Come before His presence with singing.
3 Know that the LORD, He is God;
It is He who has made us, and not we ourselves;
We are His people and the sheep of His pasture.
4 Enter into His gates with thanksgiving,
And into His courts with praise.
Be thankful to Him, and bless His name.
5 For the LORD is good;
His mercy is everlasting,
And His truth endures to all generations.
Please pray that:
each of us would have endurance in our studies, whether it is language or homework;
the driving would not get me (A) so wound up;
the Lord will give us wisdom in our parenting;
the Lord will grant us patience with one another;
we will praise the Lord in all circumstances and remember the LORD is good.
Thank you for your prayers!

ReplyDeleteWill be praying for you friend! Have you ever heard of Rita Springer? She has a song called "It's Gonna Be Worth It." I probably played that sone 895 times during language school season. A beautiful encouragement.
ReplyDeletejust prayed, sister, and will continue.
